At EasyNeonSigns, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. We want you to know that we are here to help in any way we can. We offer returns and refunds for faulty products only, and we are committed to resolving any issues due to faults that you may have with our products.
We want to ensure that our customers are fully aware of our policies and procedures regarding returns and refunds. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of EasyNeonSigns.
We provide a two-year warranty for our indoor and outdoor products, which covers electrical components when used appropriately. We take pride in the quality of our products, and we want you to feel confident that you are purchasing a product that has been built to last.
Please note that indoor signs are not designed for outdoor use or any other environment where they may get wet or be exposed to weather conditions such as humidity, temperature, wind, dust etc. Improper use of your sign will result in voiding of the warranty. If there is a problem with your sign, the resolution will depend on the source of the issue and will be determined between the purchaser and EasyNeonSigns.
Our returns procedure is straightforward, and we will do everything we can to ensure that the process is as easy as possible for you.
Please note that for the purpose of this Return Policy, the courier delivery date is deemed to be the date of receipt of your product for. The courier delivery date is the date the package containing your EasyNeonSigns sign was marked as delivered by the courier and can be found in your tracking link.
EasyNeonSigns bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event, your sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnostic purposes and may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair.
If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hardwired, EasyNeonSigns takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to installing, uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign. If an electrician has hardwired in your sign, it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under our two-year warranty.
We recommend opening your EasyNeonSigns parcel upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your sign has been damaged in transit, EasyNeonSigns will ensure that a resolution is provided.
Damage must be reported within 14 days of the courier delivery date of your EasyNeonSigns sign to be eligible for a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time period will follow our general returns and refunds policy and will not be covered under warranty.
