We donate uplifting “You Matter” LED neon signs to eligible Canadian community organisations. Anyone can nominate an organisation that provides care, support or belonging in its community.

A nomination does not guarantee selection. EasyNeonSigns reviews every nomination individually and contacts the organisation before planning a sign or using its name or photographs.

We review it

We confirm eligibility and consider the need, intended placement and current programme capacity.

We make contact

If selected, we obtain permission and confirm the concept with an authorised representative.

We prepare the donation

We produce the agreed sign and coordinate its delivery with the organisation.

Before you nominate

Who can make a nomination?

Anyone may nominate an eligible Canadian organisation, including staff, volunteers, parents, customers and community members.

Does a nomination guarantee a donation?

No. We review each nomination based on eligibility, need and current programme capacity.

Does the organisation need to give permission?

Yes. We confirm participation, the concept, placement and any use of the organisation’s name or photographs with an authorised representative.

Is a purchase required?

No. Submitting a nomination and participating do not require a purchase.
