At EasyNeonSigns, every sign is made to order. This means your order goes through production first, then ships.
We offer free standard shipping on orders delivered within Canada. Shipping rates for other destinations are shown at checkout when available.
Most custom signs are produced in about 10 business days after you approve the final design proof.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Your total timeline is: Production time + shipping time.
Example (Canada, standard): about 10 business days after proof approval for production, plus 3–6 business days for delivery.
All orders are shipped from Ottawa, Canada.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor delivery progress.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you need to update the address, contact us as soon as possible at: hello@easyneonsigns.ca.
If production is complete or the parcel is already in transit, we may not be able to change the address.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Carrier delays caused by weather, peak periods, customs, remote-area routing, or courier disruptions are outside our direct control.
For cross-border shipments, local customs or import charges may apply depending on destination regulations. Any applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
If your package arrives damaged, appears lost, or is significantly delayed, contact us right away with your order number so we can help investigate and resolve it quickly.
