A custom business sign shaped around an existing brand, a fixed window width and a practical hanging plan.
A familiar logo, rebuilt as light
Hanlon Realty's mark combines three mountain shapes with a wide wordmark. This custom logo sign had to keep those proportions clear while translating the green, purple and white palette into LED neon.
A better fit at 40 inches
The first concept was wider. Once the storefront layout and nearby photo frames were considered, the team brought the sign down to 40 inches wide, with an approximate height of 18 inches. That kept the logo legible and left the display room to breathe.
Colour decisions tied to the brand
Hanlon Realty supplied Pantone 376 C for the green, Pantone 2597 C for the purple and white for the lettering. Those references gave the design team a clear target before production.
Permanent branding, not a temporary listing sign
Unlike temporary yard or open-house real estate signs, this piece was designed as permanent office branding. It gives the brokerage an illuminated focal point that works from inside the storefront and remains visible from the mall corridor.
Purchased a sign from a .ca website. Can from over seas ans was defective from day one. Wasn't cheap to buy either

A window sign designed for a real estate office
The final placement changed from a back wall to the inside of a window facing the mall corridor. For this type of office sign, EasyNeonSigns supplied suction cups and transparent fishing line so the sign could hang inside and face outward.
